To create a ticket, click "Submit a request" at the top right of this page.
You will then be presented with a form.
Enter a subject - a short title for your ticket to give the agent an idea of what your ticket is about.
Enter a description - a longer explanation as to what the agent can help you with - if your ticket is about a fault explain in as much detail what is happening and how the problem might be recreated.
Select a type - it is very important you select the right option here as it determines the agents your ticket will be sent to - selecting the wrong option will likely result in your ticket taking considerably more time to resolve.
To view your open and resolved tickets click your name at the top right of the page and click "My Activities" in the menu that pops up.
